G蛋白参与C1q/C1qR系统介导的信号转导

摘    要:agg-C1q可抑制人T细胞系Jurkat和Mψ系U937细胞受霍乱毒素刺激的(cAMP)i增高,而百日咳毒素能遏止人B细胞系Raji细胞agg-C1q诱导的(cAMP)i升高和C1qR交联所促成的磷脂酰肌醇水解。表明:G蛋白介入了C1q/C1qR系统介导的信号转导途径。

Abstract:We investigated the role of G proteins in the signal transduction pathways mediated by C1q receptor(C1qR)in human T lymphocyte line Jurkat,B lymphocyte line raji and macrophage line U937 and made the following findings:interaction of aggregated C1q(agg-C1q)with C1qR inhibited the increase in the level of cAMP in Jurkat and U937 cells stimulated by cholera toxin while pertussis toxin depressed the raise in the concentration of cAMP induced by agg-C1q and the phosphatidylinositol hydrolysis facilitated by cross-linking of C1q receptors in Raji cells.
