白血病细胞形态学与表面标记不一致性分析

研究了８７例急性白血病细胞形态学与表面标记的相互关系。结果表明：６３例（７２．４％）具有明确某系细胞特异或相关表面标记，与其形态学特征不一致，免疫标记分析更客观地反映了白血病细胞源性；但仍有２４例（２７．６％）缺乏特征性表面标记，其分型有赖于白血病细胞形态学分析。多态性和异质性导致白血病细胞形态学与表面标记的不一致

Analysis of the difference between morphology and surface markers of leukemia cells

The relationship between morphology and surface markers of leukemia cells were investigated in 87 patients with acute leukemia.The results suggested that some of the lineage cell specific or relative surface markers were expressed in 63 patients(72.4%),different to their morphologic identifications.The cell surface markers reflect objectively the leukemic cell origin,but 24 patients(27.6%)lacked the expression of specific surface markers on their leukemia cells,and their classification depended on the analysis of leukemic cell morphology.The polymorphism and hete rogeneity lead to the difference between morphology and surface markers of leukemia cells.
