| 摘 要： | 目的观察前列地尔注射液(商品名凯时)治疗脑出血后并发肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)的疗效及安全性。方法对确诊的10例脑出血后PTE的患者,给予前列地尔注射液10μg/d静脉滴注,连续14d为1个疗程。结果6例显效,3例有效,1例无效。治疗过程中未出现明显不良反应。结论前列地尔注射液是治疗脑出血后并发PTE的安全有效的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the curative effect and safety of Lipo-PGE_1 on pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 10 patients with PTE after cerebral hemorrhage were given Lipo-PGE_1 injection 10 μg/d by intravenous drip. 14d was one course of treatment. Results Six cases were excellence, three cases were effective and one case was unefficient. No untoward reaction was found during treatment course. Conclusion Lipo-PGE1 is an effective and safe medicine on PTE after cerebral hemorrhage. |
