雷贝拉唑治疗十二指肠球部溃疡伴幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效观察

目的:观察雷贝拉唑治疗十二指肠球部溃疡及根除幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效.方法:90例随机分为2组:治疗组45例口服雷贝拉唑20 mg bid×4wk;对照组45例口服奥美拉唑20 mg bid×4wk.均合用克拉霉素0.5 g bid×7d,阿莫西林1.0 g bid×7d,硫糖铝1.0 g qid×4wk.治疗4周作症状评价、胃镜评价及Hp检测.结果:治疗后两组症状均有明显改善,治疗1d、7d治疗组疗效均高于对照组,有极显著差异(P<0.01).治疗组Hp根除率高于对照组,有显著差异(P<0.05).结论:雷贝拉唑能迅速有效缓解DU症状、有效根除Hp和促进溃疡愈合,疗效比奥美拉唑更好.

Observation on the effects of rabeprazole therapy in Helicobacter pylori positive duodenal bulbar ulcer

Objective: To observe the efect of rabeprazole in the treatment of duodenal bulbar ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection. Methods: Totally 90 patients with duodenal bulbar ulcer and Hp infection were randomly divided into two groups. Group A(45 cases)were treated with rabeprazole(20 mg), clarithromycin(500 mg)and amoxicillin(1000 mg)twice daily. Group B(45 cases)were treated with omeprazole(20 mg), clarithromycin(500 mg)and amoxicillin(1000 mg)twice daily. The treatment lasted for 7 days, and the two groups were both treated with sucralfate(1000 mg)fourth daily for four weeks. After treatment, they were reexamined with gastroscopy and HP test, and symptoms were evaluated and compared. Results: The symptoms of two groups were ameliorated visibly. The curative effect of ulcer and in rabeprazole treated group was better than that of random treated group(P<0.01). Conclusion: The cure rate of ulcer and the radical cure rate of HP, in rabeprazole treated group were higher than random treated group (P<0.05).
