综合治疗对伴有负性情绪糖尿病患者的影响

目的:探讨综合疗法对伴有负性情绪糖尿病患者的疗效。方法:将150例糖尿病患者随机分为3组。药物组为单用降糖药,干预组为降糖药加心理干预,综合组为降糖药合并帕罗西汀和心理干预。疗程4周。分别于治疗前、治疗2、4周进行焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评定,并测空腹血糖(FBG)和餐后2h血糖(2PBG)。结果:SAS和SDS评分以综合组和干预组均显著低于药物组,但综合组情绪改善较快。FBG和2PBG下降以综合组和干预组好于药物组,综合组和干预组间差异无显著性。结论:综合治疗更能有效缓解糖尿病患者负性情绪,从而更好地控制血糖。

Effect of integrated therapy on diabetic patients with negative emotion

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of integrated therapy in the treating of the diabetic patients with negative emotion. Method:150 diabetic patients were randomly divided into three groups for 4 weeks.The drug group was only treated with the drug to decrease blood glucose.The intervention group was treated with psychological intervention and drug to decrease blood glucose.The integrate group was treated with paroxetine,psychological intervention and drug to decrease blood glucose.All the patients were evaluated with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) and tested fasting blood glucose(FBG) and two hour post-meal blood glucose(2PBG) before treatment and at the end of 2nd,4th week after treatment. Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in intervention group and integrate group were significantly lower than those in drug group after treated for 4 weeks,but the negative emotion improved earlier in integrate group than other two groups.The reduction value of FBG and 2PBG were higher in intervention group and integrate group than in drug group.There was no significant difference in the reduction value of FBG between intervention group and integrate group Conclusion:The integrated therapy is more effective on alleviating negative emotion and controlling blood glucose in diabetic patients.
