亚麻种子油提取工艺及脂肪酸组成的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的:建立亚麻种子油的最佳提取工艺及测定其组成成分的最佳脂肪酸甲酯化方法。方法:分别采用不同烘干温度、提取时间、提取溶剂等对亚麻子进行种子油提取,比较其得油率,并对不同脂肪酸甲酯化方法得到的脂肪酸进行GC-MS分析。结果:种子在40℃恒温箱中烘干8 h,以石油醚-乙酸乙酯(6∶1)为溶剂,索式提取8 h为最佳提取方案。脂肪酸甲酯化以酸碱法效果最好。结论:本研究建立的亚麻种子油提取及脂肪酸甲酯化方法简单科学,适用于亚麻种子油的研究。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the optimal extraction technology of Linurn usitatissimum L. seed oil and the best methyl esterification methods of fatty acids for determining its composition. Methods: Different extraction methods of Linum usitatissimum L. seed oil were applied,including different drying temperatures, solvents and extraction time. Oil extraction rate of each method was studied. The composition of fatty acids obtained with different methyl esterification methods were analyzed by GC-MS method. Results: The best extraction method was that the seeds were dried at the temperature of 40℃ for 8 h, then the oil of seeds was continuously extracted for 8 h using petroleum ether-ethyl acetate (6 : 1) as solvent in extractor. The best way of methyl esterification was acid-base method. Conclusion: The extraction technology and methyl esterification method established in this study were simple,scientific and suitable for the study of Linum usitatissirnum L. seed oil.
