STAT3在胆囊癌组织中的表达及意义

目的:通过研究STAT3基因在原发性胆囊癌组织中的表达,探讨其在胆囊癌发生发展中的作用机制。方法:免疫组织化学法检测52例胆囊癌组织、17例癌旁组织和12例正常胆囊组织中STAT3蛋白表达情况。结果:STAT3蛋白在胆囊癌组织、癌旁组织和良性病变胆囊组织中的阳性率分别为69.23%(36/52)、52.94%(9/17)和25.00%(3/12)。在胆囊癌组织和癌旁组织中,STAT3蛋白的表达差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。相对于正常的胆囊组织,在胆囊癌组织和癌旁胆囊组织中,STAT3蛋白的表达率明显增加,他们之间有显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论:相对于正常的胆囊组织,在胆囊癌组织和癌旁胆囊组织中,STAT3蛋白的阳性率和表达强度明显增高(P<0.05)。提示,STAT3高表达可能是胆囊癌发病机制中的早期事件;在癌旁胆囊组织中,那些STAT3蛋白阳性的胆囊细胞可能是潜在的恶性癌前细胞。

The Expression and Significance of STAT3 in Gallbladder Carcinoma Tissues

Objective: By researching the expression of STAT3 in human gallbladder carcinoma tissues,we explored its role mechanism in the occurrence and development of gallbladder carcinoma.Method: The protein expressions of STAT3 were detected in 52 gallbladder carcinoma tissues,17 para-carcinoma tissues and 12 benign gallbladder tissues by IHC.Result: Positive expression rates of STAT3 protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues,para-carcinoma tissues and benign gallbladder tissues were 69.23%(36/52),52.94%(9/17)and 25.00%(3/12),respectively.There was no significant difference between the expression of STAT3 protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues and para-carcinoma tissues(P>0.05);Compared with normal gallbladder tissues,the expression of STAT3 protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues and paracarcinoma tissues were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with normal gallbladder tissues,the positive expression rate and intensity of STAT3 protein in gallbladder carcinoma tissues and para-carcinoma tissues were significantly higher(P<0.05).It suggested that overexpression of STAT3 gene may be an early accidence in the pathogenesis of gallbladder carcinoma.In para-carcinoma gallbladder tissue,those STAT3-positive cells may be potential malignant pre-cancerous cells.
