金叶败毒颗粒治疗急性咽炎扁桃体炎50例疗效观察

目的]探讨金叶败毒颗粒治疗急性咽炎、扁桃体炎的疗效。方法]将95例急性咽炎、扁桃体炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组50例,对照组45例,分别观察金叶败毒颗粒与新雪颗粒的疗效并进行比较。结果]使用金叶败毒颗粒急性咽炎、扁桃体炎患者总有效率为96%,新雪颗粒总有效率为82%;金叶败毒颗粒组对中医证候疗效总有效率为对为98.0%,新雪颗粒组对中医证候总有效率为84.4%;两组疗效比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组对咽痛的起效时间亦显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]金叶败毒颗粒治疗急性咽炎、扁桃体炎疗效显著,有较好的临床应用价值。

Jinye Baidu Granule Treatment of Acute pharyngitis, Tonsillitis 50Cases

Objective]To discuss the curative effect of Jinyebaidu particle in treating acute pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis. Method]95 patients were divided into two groups stochastically, 50 cases in treatment group and 45cases in control group. Curative effects between the two groups of Jinyebaidu particle and the new snow particles were compared. Results ] The total effective rates 96% of the Jinyebaidu particle group was higher than the total effective rates 82% of the new snow particles group. The total effective rates of the treatment group for efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome is 98.0%. Matched group is 84.4%. Two effects have significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The treatment group on the pain of pharyngeal and onset time is also significantly higher than the comparison group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ] The treatment group is much better than the comparison group. There are good clinical value of Jinyebaidu particle.
