引文分析作为查新咨询的有力补充能更好地为科研管理部门服务,介绍了国内外常用的引文分析数据库及应用体会,提出在科研立项、成果申报、重大专项(实验室)审批最好同时出具查新报告和引文分析报告,而国内数据库特别是医药专业引文分析库缺乏及引文分析规范化不足是当前存在的关键问题。

DISCUSS ABOUT THE APPLICATION OF QUOTATION ANALYSIS IN MEDICAL SCIENCE RESEARCH EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT

Quotation analysis as a strong supplement of seeking new consultation provide better service to science research management section. Domestic and foreign quotation analysis data bases in common use and experience in practice were recommended. It was suggested that the reports of seeking new consultation and quotation analysis would better to be offered simultaneously during application of item registration, results declaration, and important special item (lab) approval. Current key problems are the lack of domestic data base, especially medical specialty data base for quotation analysis, and the deficiency in standardization of quotation analysis.
