| 摘 要： | 目的：研究宁夏枸杞对密闭缺氧小鼠心肝肺组织SOD含量的影响。方法：选用枸杞水提液喂养小鼠进行密闭缺氧实验。实验分缺氧组、枸杞低剂量组、枸杞高剂量组。实验结束剖取小鼠心、肝、肺组织测定SOD含量。结果：枸杞组缺氧小鼠心、肝、肺组织的SOD含量高于盐水对照组，其中高剂量组组织中的SOD含量升高最为显著（P＜0．01）。结论：宁夏枸杞可提高密闭缺氧小鼠SOD的活性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of LBL on the content of tissue SOD in hypoxic mice.Methods:Experimental mice were randomly divided into three groups and treated by gastrogavage with NS(control group) or with 10%(low LBL group)or with 20% LBL water extracts(high LBL group) respectively for 16 consecutive days.On day 16 the experimental mice suffered hypoxia in individual container sealed with vaseline until death.The activities of SOD in tissues were determined immediately following the mice death.Results:The SOD contents in heart,liver and lung of LBL groups increased significantly as compared to the control group (P<0.01) and SOD level in the high LBL group was significantly higher than that in the low LBL group (P<0.01).Conclusion:LBL could increase the activity of SOD in Hypoxic mice. |
