摘    要:目的:探讨CTvision放疗系统在肿瘤临床治疗中的应用。方法:采用面膜、体膜、真空袋等固定患者体位,在CTvision放疗系统完成放疗计划的扫描定位、治疗计划的移床、治疗计划的图像引导验证和治疗计划的实施。结果:通过在治疗之前获取的即时图像与CT计划图像进行配准,保证了治疗计划的精确实施,明显提高了肿瘤局部控制率(TCP),降低了周围正常组织放射并发症(NCTP),急性毒副反应轻,大大提高了肿瘤疗效和患者生存质量。结论 :CTvision放疗系统功能强大,是目前有效治疗恶性肿瘤的重要手段。

Abstract:Objective To explore CTvision radiotherapy in cancer clinical application.Mothods With the mask, membrane, vacuum bag to fix the body position of patients, CTvision radiotherapy planning system was used for position scanning, bed moving, image-guided verification and treatment planning. Results CT planning image was registered with the real-time image to increase local tumor control rate(TCP) and decrease the surrounding normal tissue radiation complication(NCIP). Conclusion CTvision radiotherapy system is an important means of effective therapy for malignant tumor.
