船用制氧站模块的研制

摘    要:目的:研制可临时加载到船舶上的制氧站模块,用于提高氧气供应保障能力。方法:以40 ft国际标准集装箱为载体,配置制氧装置、灌充系统等组成制氧站,利用变压吸附原理制取氧气。结果:制氧站每小时产氧气15 m3,制取的氧气符合国家、军队标准。结论:制氧站结构紧凑、机动性强、环境适应性好、自动化程度高,非常适合船舶使用。

Abstract:Objective To develop a marine oxygen generator module which can be mounted in the ship when necessary. Methods With the 40 ft ISO container, oxygen generation device and charging system adopted, PSA technology was used to generate oxygen. Prorate The production rate of prepared oxygen was 15 m3 per hour, which accorded with the standards of the state and troops. Conclusion The marine oxygen generator module is compact, mobile, environment-friendly and auto- matic.
