| 摘 要： | 目的:比较2种不同的后台摆药作业模式,找出与之适应的因素。方法:应用对比法、分析法找出相关因素,并将相关因素进行数学计算。结果:找到2种不同工作模式的适应因素,并对取药报到触发打印作业模式进行了系统设计。结论:通过对2种工作模式的分析,优化了门诊取药的工作流程,提高了医院检查环节的工作效率和服务水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare two working modes for backstage drug distribution and find the factors. Methods The factors by comparison and analysis were calculated. Results The adaptability of the two modes were found, and the triggered printing by the dispensary report was designed. Conclusion The analysis on the two working modes improves the flow of outpatient dispensary. |
