| 摘 要： | 目的指在观察双黄连针与青霉素联用治疗流感并发症的临床疗效。方法入选流感并发症患者30例,双黄连以1ml/（kg.d）,青霉素以（5～20）×104u/（kg.d）静滴,连用3～10d,监测患者治疗前后症状、体征及实验室检查。结果用药后,患者临床症状和体征消失,总有效率100%。结论两药合用对流感并发症疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of shuanghuanglian plus penicillin on influenza patients with complication.Methods The 30 influenza patients with complication were treated with shuanghuanglian（1ml/kg.d） and penicillin（50～200 thousand u/kg.d） intravenously guttae for 3～10 days.The symptom,signs and laboratory examination were observed.Results The symptoms and signs in all patients were vanished after the treatments,and the total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion Shuanghuanglian plus penicillin have positively effectiveness in influenza patients with complication. |
