颈椎弓根钉棒系统重建并全椎板减压治疗急性颈椎损伤

目的探讨和评价经后路颈椎弓根钉系统+颈椎全椎板减压治疗颈椎骨折脱位、颈脊髓损伤的临床应用价值。方法对72例颈椎骨折脱位、颈脊髓损伤患者行一期经后路颈椎弓根钉棒系统内固定重建、颈椎板切除减压+小关节植骨融合术。结果所有患者均获良好复位、固定,共置入550枚椎弓根螺钉,术后X线及CT显示除15枚螺钉发生偏移外,其余535枚螺钉完全位于椎弓根内。随访12～45个月,大部分患者神经功能较术前恢复良好。所有患者均获良好骨性融合,未发现断钉、断棒、脱钉现象。结论一期行颈椎后路全椎板切除减压、椎弓根钉棒系统内固定是治疗急性颈椎及脊髓损伤的有效方法。

Posterior transpedicular screw fixation with total laminonectomy in acute cervical spine injury
