| 摘 要： | 目的 建立酚酞片中酚酞含量的测定方法.方法 采用高效液相色谱法,甲醇-0.05%磷酸溶液(70:30)为流动相;流速0.8 ml/min;检测波长为275 nm.结果 酚酞在10.00～250.00 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.10%,RSD=0.27%(n=5).结论 该方法简便、准确、重复性好,能很好地控制酚酞片的质量.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for the determination of phenolphthalein in phenolphthalein tablets Methods The separation was performed on HPLC. The mobile phase was methanol-phosophoric acid solution（0. 05% ） （70：30）at a flow rate of 0. 8 ml/min. The detection wavelength was at 275nm. Results The linear of phenolphthaleiu was in the range of 10. 00 - 250.00 mg/L（ r = 0. 9999 ）. The average recovery was 100. 10% and RSD was 0. 27% （n = 5）. Conclusion The method is convenient, accurate and reproducible. It can be suitable for controlling the quality of phenolphthalein tablets. |
