23例跖骨应力性骨折临床分析

目的探讨由军事训练导致的跖骨应力性骨折的早期准确诊断及治疗措施。方法对23例军事训练中发生的跖骨应力性骨折患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 2000年1月至2010年12月间,共收治跖骨应力性骨折患者23例,占所有应力性骨折患者34.6%,经保守治疗20例,手术治疗3例,全部得到随访,均痊愈。结论跖骨应力性骨折发病隐匿,放射学变现多样,诊断关键是结合病史与临床症状适时进行影像学检查,要与骨肉瘤,骨髓炎相鉴别。

Clinical analysis on 23 cases of metatarsal bones stress fracture
