新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病脑实质CT值与血清NSE关系的研究

摘    要:目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中脑CT值与神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的相关性,为诊疗提供依据。方法收集45例HIE患儿,采用TOSHIBA Aquilion4螺旋CT扫描脑部,并检测血清中NSE水平,同时选择同期住院均为咽下综合征患者45例作对照组。结果 HIE组与对照组比较,额叶、颞叶的CT值有明显差异(P<0.01),而枕叶与顶叶存在一定差异(P<0.05),显示HIE患儿脑损伤以额叶、颞叶为主,枕叶、顶叶次之;HIE患儿脑部CT值越低,其血清NSE值越高,两者呈直线相关。结论 HIE患儿血清NSE的水平和脑实质CT值对评估脑实质的损伤的程度有参考意义。
