| 摘 要： | 目的评价雷贝拉唑联合左氧氟沙星与阿莫西林治疗消化性溃疡(PU)的疗效。方法将120例幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性的PU患者随机分为对照组及观察组,每组各60例。观察组给予雷贝拉唑10mg、左氧氟沙星200mg、阿莫西林1000mg,均为2次/d口服。对照组给予奥美拉唑20mg、克拉霉素500mg、阿莫西林1000mg,均为2次/d口服。疗程均为2周。停药后4周复查胃镜及Hp检测。结果观察组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率80%;观察组Hp根除率为90%,对照组为70%。结论雷贝拉唑联合左氧氟沙星与阿莫西林治疗Hp阳性的PU疗效好,是理想方法之一。
