| 摘 要： | 目的探讨拉米夫定对乙肝肝硬化患者血清甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法 79例HBV DNA阳性乙肝肝硬化患者接受拉米夫定治疗52周,治疗前后检测血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH。结果拉米夫定治疗52周后HBV DNA转阴组血清T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平较治疗前和HBV DNA未转阴组均有明显改善(P<0.05)。结论乙肝肝硬化患者在拉米夫定抗乙肝病毒取得较好疗效的同时可以显著改善血清甲状腺激素水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the influence of serum thyroid hormones levels with Lamivudine on cirrhotic patients with HBV.Methods 79 patients of HBV DNA-positive liver cirrhotic patients with lamivudine 100 mg once daily for 52 week.The serum T3,T4,FT3,FT4 and TSH of the patients were measured before and after treatment.Results The T3,T4,FT3,FT4 of the HBV DNA-negative group were singificantly better than treatment before and HBV DNA-positive group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lamivudine can improve of serum thyroid hormones ... |
