动脉内化疗及栓塞术在膀胱癌治疗中的应用

目的：探讨经导管动脉内化疗及栓塞术在膀恍癌治疗中的作用。材料和方法：36例经病理证实的膀胱癌患者同时行双侧膀胱肿瘤供血动脉(或)和镕内动脉灌注化疗药物并予以明胶海绵栓塞。其中介入治疗后再择期手术20例，先手术切除膀胱肿瘤再行介入治疗9例，单纯介入治疗7例。结果：术前介入治疗的患者在栓塞后至手术前血尿即减轻或消失，术中出血减少；单纯介入治疗者亦能达到控制血尿和缩小肿瘤。结论：介入治疗在膀胱癌治疗中能有效控制临床症状、抑制肿瘤生长，术前实施者尚能提高肿瘤切除率，是手术前、后重要的辅助治疗手段，对不能或不愿意接受手术的患者亦是有效的姑息性治疗方法。

Treatment for Bladder Cancer through Endarterial Chemotherapy and Embolization

To study the application of endarterial chemotherapy and embolization by catheter for treatment of bladder cancer(BC) through the selected artery.Materi als and Methods:36 BC cases confirmed by pathyology.The chemical drug was admini strated through the homolateral or opposite side vessel of cancer or/and iliac a rtery,and the embolization with gelform to follrw.20 cases received intervention al therapy(IT) before operation,9 cases after operation,7 cases only under IT.Re sults:The hematuria alleviated or disappeared after receiving IT and embolizatio n pre-operation,and the hemorrhage also became less during the opration.The hem orrhage could be under control and the BC could be shrinked for who was only tre ated with IT,and the life expectancy could be extended with only IT.Conclusion:B C treated with IT,the symptoms and the gowing of cancer could be controlled,and using IT in case with BC pre-operation could increase the possibity of operatio n,and is an important accessory treatment for BC pre-and post-operation.For wh o does't want operation or who is inoperable,IT is an effective palliative treat ment.
