倒钩线应用于额面部除皱的初步探讨

目的对简单、安全、有效的倒钩线用于额面部除皱进行初步探讨。方法自2005年1月至2005年12月,采用局部麻醉的方法,对20例额面部轻、中度松弛的患者行倒钩线除皱手术。结果20例患者中,除2例患者倒钩线暴露经剪短后复原外,余者无其他严重并发症发生。其中16例患者对术后结果满意。结论避免了传统的额面部除皱手术的大切口及全身麻醉术后的不良反应,术后效果的持久性虽不及传统的除皱手术,但其具有手术简便,术后恢复期短、术区平整、瘢痕隐蔽等优点,值得临床应用。

Preliminary study of barbed threads in facial rhytidectomy

Objective The application of the simple, safe and effective barbed thread in facial rhytidectomy. Methods Under local anesthesia, 20 cases of mild-to-moderate severity of facial laxity were treated with barbed threads. Results Of the 20 cases analyzed, there were no complications except 2 extrusion of thread end which resolved by simply cut shorer. Sixteen of the 20 cases were satisfied with the results of facial rejuvenation. Conclusion Comparing the traditional rhytidectomy, this method avoided the long skin incision and the risk of general anesthesia. Although the lasting effect is less than traditional rhytidectomy, it is a simple operative method with short recovery time and scarless.
