| 摘 要： | 目的:客观评价多维复位固定器治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用标准对照,将60例符合纳入标准的胫腓骨骨折患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别运用多维复位固定器及单侧多功能外固定支架治疗。结果:安全性评估2组比较,经Ridit检验,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。2组共出现7例不良事件,对照组6例,治疗组1例。结论:多维复位固定器治疗胫腓骨骨折复位时能使骨折断端旋转、平移等多方位、多角度、多平面的调节,固定时又能使固定器与骨折端形成多维立体固定,做到架随针调,骨随针定。多维复位固定器适合小腿的生物力学要求,为胫腓骨骨折治疗提供了一种既无偏心应力,又无应力遮挡,结构稳固利于骨折愈合的弹性固定器。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the therapeutic effects of multidimensional reduction external fixator（MREF）for the treatment of tibial and fibular fracture.Methods：Sixty patients were randomized into two treatment group and control group.The patients were treated with MRFF and unilateral multi-functional external fixator in treatment group and control group,respectively.Results：Significant difference of efficacy was observed in the two groups according to Ridit analysis.Adverse events occurred in 7 cases totally,6 in control group and 1 in treatment group.Conclusion：MREF is an effective and safe method in treating tibial and fibular fractures. |
