手法复位加单臂外固定架治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折96例

目的:探讨手法复位加单臂外固定架治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,对96例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折入院后即刻行患肢股骨髁上中立外展位牵引,牵引2～4d后,再采用手法复位加单臂外固定架治疗的患者进行回顾性分析。结果:功能评定参照创伤性髋关节功能评分标准,优70例,良25例,差1例。结论:手法复位加单臂外固定架治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折疗效满意,可减少老年人因长期卧床而引起的并发症,提高老年人的生活质量,体现了CO学派的有限手术论,符合微创理念,作为一种创伤小、固定可靠、费用低廉、操作简便的有限手术,具有很好的推广价值和应用前景。

Manipulative Reduction combined with Mono-lateral External Fixator in treating 96 Elderly Patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture of the Femur

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of manipulative reduction combined with mono-lateral external fixator in treating elderly intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.Methods：A retrospective study was conducted among 96 cases of elderly intertrochanteric fracture of the femur.The patients received instant traction of 6 to 8 kg to the fractured limb in a neutral and extreme abduction position.About 2 to 4 days later,the treatment of manipulative reduction combined with mono-lateral external fixatior was applied.Results：Excellent effects were observed in 70 cases,good effects in 25 cases and poor in one.Conclusion：As a mini invasive,stable,simple and cost-effective method,the above therapy can reduce the complications for the elderly due to long-term bed and promote their quality of life,thus deserves more wide clinical application.
