血府逐瘀胶囊及玻璃酸钠联合用药治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效观察

目的:观察血府逐瘀胶囊及玻璃酸钠联合应用治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将136例患者随机分为两组,治疗组72例给予血府逐瘀胶囊及玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗,对照组64例仅用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后膝关节无痛率79.2%、功能优良率97.2%、临床综合有效率97.2%;对照组治疗后膝关节无痛率40.6%、功能优良率71.8%、临床综合有效率84.3%;两组3项指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀胶囊及玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,具有较好的临床疗效。

Clinical Observation on Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule in combination with Sodium Hyaluronate in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective：To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule （XZC） in combination with sodium hyaluronate （SH） in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis （KOA）. Methods： One hundred and thirty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group （72 cases） and control group （64 cases）. Patients in treatment group were treated with XZC plus intraarticlular injection of SH, while the patients in control group were treated only with intraarticlular injection of SH. Results： After treatment, the knee pain--free rate, good functional rate, and effective rate were 79.2%, 97.2%, and 97.2% respectively, while those in control group were 40. 6%, 71.2%, and 84. 3 % respectively. There were significant differences of the above rates between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：XZC combining with SH is effective for KOA.
