| 摘 要： | 鼻咽癌是头颈部的一种特殊的肿瘤,^18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖（^18F-fluorodeoxyglucose,^18F-FDG）正电子发射断层显像术（positron emission tomography,PET）作为一种新的诊断技术,其生物学因素对鼻咽癌诊疗方面所产生的影响,在国内外研究的文献报道中,得到一些较肯定的结论,也存在相当一些有争议的问题,本文特做一综述,内容包括^18F-FDG PET在鼻咽癌应用中的计算方法、对鼻咽癌诊断、TNM分期及相应放疗靶区勾画的影响、延迟扫描在鼻咽癌诊疗中的价值、诊断肿瘤残留与复发的作用、应用^18F-FDG PET判断放化疗的疗效等。

| Abstract: | Nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC) is a special malignant tumor in head and neck cancer, and 18F-fluorodeoxy-glucose positron emission tomography(18F-FDG PET)serves as a new technology which is used in NPC. Although there were some affirmative conclusion obtained, some opinions also were argued. This review attempts to summarize the influence of 18F-FDG PET on NPC including different analytical methods of NPC study, influence of NPC diagnosis, TNM stage and definition of tumor volume, the role of PET delay scan phase in NPC, detection of tumor resident and recurrent postradiation, prospective effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and so on. |
