人体参考值范围的参数与非参数推算方法

摘    要: 目的 探讨推算人体参考值范围理论与方法。方法 按容许区间、容许限的参数与非参数推算法,分别由正常人群与自然人群中抽样推算人体参考值范围。结果 提供了针对正常人群抽样推算人体参考值范围的参数与非参数法,及针对自然人群抽样推算人体参考值范围的非参数法,并给出了4例数值举例。结论 通过自然人群某指标的健康率和容许度即可推算出相应的人体参考值范围。同一顺序统计量容许限不同并不表明参考值范围有变,而有可能由指标健康率的不同所致。

Abstract:Objective To explore statistical approaches for human reference range. Methods Parametric and non-parametric methods of tolerance intervals and tolerance limits were developed to calculate normal values of some laboratory measures for human body based on sampling data from normal as well as general populations. Results To develop normal values for laboratory measures, we provided parametric and non-parametric methods for normal population samples and non-parametric methods for general population samples, for which we provided four numerical examples. Conclusions Reference values could be calculated by health rates and tolerance limits of some index from natural population. The difference among tolerance limits of the same order statistics may be due to the difference of health index, instead of the change in the reference range.
