教师教学工作业绩考核指标体系的设计与实施

摘    要:教师教学工作业绩考核是高校切实落实教学工作中心地位,激发教师教学工作积极性,增强教师教学工作责任心和质量意识的有效举措。本文针对温州医学院基础医学院教师教学工作业绩考核的情况,阐述了教师教学工作业绩考核指标体系设计的基本原则,围绕教学工作量、教学效果、教学研究与改革三个方面,论述了教师教学工作业绩考核指标体系的具体内容与考核方法,并对教师教学工作业绩考核情况与考核结果进行了深入分析。同时,结合考核实践,从增进业绩考核的执行力,以及强化对教学工作的过程管理与质量控制方面,提出了对教师教学工作业绩考核指标体系设计的体会与思考。

The design and practice of teacher's teaching assessment index system
Abstract:The assessment of teachers' teaching performance is crucial in implementing the central position of teaching in colleges,and it is also an effective way of stimulating the working enthusiasm of teachers and enhancing teacher accountability and awareness of teaching quality.On the basis of the practice of the teaching performance of Wenzhou Medical College,this paper first illustrates the basic principles of the design of the teaching assessment index system,and then it expounds the specific content and assessment methods from three aspects,namely the amount of teaching work,the effect of teaching work,teaching research and reform.It also gives an in-depth analysis of the reliability of the assessment of teachers'teaching performance.Combined with the assessment practice,the author offers the rational design of the assessment index system in colleges from the aspects of the implementation of performance evaluation,as well as the teaching work process management and quality control.
