生命哲学视域中高校教师生存状态的调查分析

摘    要:通过调查,首先从生存论的角度出发对目前高校教师的生活状况进行了简单分析。然后对高校教师存在价值的单维度评价而造成教师权威的消解以及现行的科研考核规范和老师主体性创造的背离等现象进行了解析,最后提出了构建高校教师意义世界的必经途径——那就是回归生命本身,才有可能走向生命的真谛,以找回他们曾经失落的意义世界。

Abstract:First we investigated the living status of university teachers from the perspective of existential philosophy. Then we analyzed the phenomenon of university teachers' vanished authority by single-dimension evaluation system and the system of scientific research assessment deviated from teachers' creativity. Lastly, a conclusion is drawn on ways of constructing the meaning world of college teachers, that is, returning to life itself. Only in this way can university teachers regain the essence of life and find their lost meaning world.
