中医药治疗静脉血栓88例临床观察

目的探讨中医药治疗静脉血栓的临床疗效。方法将88例静脉血栓患者按中医辨证分型分为湿热蕴毒型（28例）、湿热瘀阻型（54例）和阴虚瘀阻型（6例）三型。各种类型患者分别施以不同的药物治疗，观察其临床疗效。结果88例患者临床治愈38例，显著好转32例，有效14例，无效4例，总有效率为95．5％。结论中医药辨证分型治疗静脉血栓具有较好的临床疗效，须辨病辨证相结合，才能取得更好的效果。

Clinical Experience in Chinese Medicine for Treatment of 88 Cases of Venous Thrombosis

Objective To study clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine on venous thrombosis. Methods 88 cases of venous thrombosis were divided into retention of toxin due to damp heat （28 cases）, stagnation due to damp heat （54 cases）and stagnation due to yin deficiency （6 cases ）in light of syndrome differentiation in Chinese medicine. Each syndrome was treated with different therapies of Chinese medicine and the efficacy was observed. Results Of 88 cases ,38 cases were cured clinically,32 cases improved significantly, 14 cases effective and 4 cases failed. The total effective rate was 95.5%. Conclusion Chinese medicine presents quite good efficacy on venous thrombosis according to syndrome differentiation. Better results are achieved only by the coordination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation.
