| 摘 要： | 本实验采用甲壳胺为成膜材料，制成诺氟沙星涂膜剂进行体外药敏实验，结果表明诺氟沙星涂膜剂对绿脓杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果优于磺胺嘧啶银乳膏和诺氟沙星乳膏。

| Abstract: | This experiment uses chitosan as the material of norfloxacin paint which is used on the test in vitro. The result of the test indicates that the norfloxacin paint is more effective than silver sulfadiazine cream and norfloxacin cream against the germs on the pseudomonas aeruginosa and staphy lococcus au-reus. |
