心理干预与高三学生心理健康、高考结果的关系

摘    要:目的研究心理干预、高三学生心理健康和高考结果的关系。方法对德阳市第五中学进入高三的学生随机抽取105名为研究组,对照组104名,进行为期1年的心理干预,对干预、高考前心理健康和高考结果进行对比研究。结果卡方检验提示,心理干预和非干预对高三学生心理健康影响不具显著性差异(P〉0.05);相关分析提示,焦虑相关因子分与高考分数呈正相关,抑郁相关分数与高考成绩呈负相关;多因素回归分析提示,心理干预或心理健康因子作为独立变量对高考结果影响无显著性(其回归系数的P值〉0.05),但多因素协同作用时,心理干预和SCL-90总分的协同、干预和SDS总分的协同则对高考总成绩有显著性影响(P〈0.05,其回归系数β值分别为-0.024及-0.101)。结论心理干预作为单独影响因素时,对高考成绩影响无显著性意义。但接受了心理干预的学生,心理愈健康,高考成绩愈好。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relation among psychological intervention,mental health and results of college entrance examinaion for senior middle school students.Methods 105 senior middle school students were acceptance of psychological intervention for 1 year,compare with the control group,the relations between intervention,mental health and results of college entrance examinaion.Results No significant differences were found between test group and control group in mental health,academic achievement.but mental intervention coordinating with total scores of SCL-90 and SDS have significant affections on academic achievement.Conclusion Psychological intervention have not significant affection on academic achievement unless it coordinated with mental health state.those students which have undergone psychological intervention,with the well mental health,have the more good results of college entrance examination.
