摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定沙丁胺醇中的有关物质。方法采用C18柱,以庚烷磺酸钠溶液(庚烷磺酸钠2.87g、磷酸二氢钾2.5g,加水溶解并稀释至1000mL,用稀磷酸调节pH值至3.65)-乙腈(78∶22)为流动相,检测波长220nm。结果沙丁胺醇与其降解产物在该色谱条件下能够有效分离。结论方法简便、专属性强,可用于沙丁胺醇中有关物质的测定。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for determining related substance in Salbutamol.METHODS Using HPLC with C18 column,sodium heptanesulfonate solution(dissolve 2.87g of sodium heptanesulfonate and 2.5g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate in water and dilute to 1000mL with water,adjust to pH3.65 with dilute phosphoric acid)-acetonitrile(78∶22)as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 220nm.RESULTS Salbutamol and its related substance can be separated effectively by this method.CONCLUSION The method is simple and reliable.Related substance in Salbutamol can be determined with this method.
