| 摘 要： | 目的:观察益气温润化浊通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效性和安全性；方法:将糖尿病周围神经病变患者66例,随机分为治疗组33例和对照组33例,试验组采用益气温润化浊通络法治疗,予以中药消渴通络丸,对照组予以甲钴胺片治疗,观察12周.结果:治疗组对患者的临床综合疗效、证候积分、神经传导速度都有显著改善,且优于西药对照组(P＜0.05).结论:益气温润化浊通络法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床疗效确切,值得推广.

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the eflficacy and safety of Xiaoke Tongluo pills in the treatment of diabetic peripheral nenropathy （DPN） and to discuss its clinical value.Methods： 66 diabetic peripheral neuropathy patients that met the diagnosis criteria and selection criteria were randomly divided into treatment group （33 cases） and control group （33 cases）. Besides the basic treatment for diabetes, the treatment group was given Xiaoke Tongluo Capsule; while the control group was given Mecobalamin Tablets. Results： The overall effective rate, the clinical symptoms and sensory nerves conduction velocity was significantly improved in treatment group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion. Xiaoke Tongluo pills can improve significantly clinical symptoms and increase nerve conduction velocity （NCV） in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Xiaoke Tongluo pills is an effective therapy in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. |
