老年人糖尿病合并肺结核的多排螺旋CT表现

目的分析老年人糖尿病患者合并肺结核的多排螺旋CT(MDCT)表现,提高对糖尿病合并肺结核的影像诊断水平。方法回顾性分析106例糖尿病患者合并肺结核的MDCT表现,总结糖尿病合并肺结核的影像特点。结果 106例病例中,累及多叶多段者占80.19%,累及非结核病常见部位的占38.99%。主要表现为大片实变影的占41.51%,多发小结节及树芽征,合并肺内空洞的占60.37%。结论糖尿病肺结核的C T图像具有一定特征性,在病变分布上具有多肺段累及、较容易累及非肺结核好发部位。主要表现为大片状实变影,合并空洞者较多见。

The Multidetector Computed Tomography Features of Senile Diabetes Complicated by Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To analyze the multidetector computed tomography（MDCT） features of senile diabetes complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis so as to improve the imaging diagnostic level of the disease. Methods The MDCT features of 106 cases of senile diabetes complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis were analyzed and summarized. Results Out of the 106 cases, 80.19% implicates lesions of multiple pulmonary lobules or segments; 38.99% implicates lesions of non-tuberculosis common spots; 41.51% with lobular consolidation; 60.37% with multiple small nodules and tree-in-bud and pulmonary cavity. Conclusion The CT image of diabetes complicated by pulmonary tuberculosis has certain characteristics. It often infiltrates multiple pulmonary segments, especially predilection sites of tuberculosis. The main symptoms of which are big lobular shadow of consolidation and more cases show lobular consolidation with cavities.
