| 摘 要： | 目的探討白内障手術切口大小與療效的關系.方法選擇雙眼白内障患者30例共60眼,一眼行常規大切口手術作好對照組,另一眼行小切口手術進行對比研究.結果隨訪3個月,視力≥1.0者小切口組爲83%,對照組爲33%,二者相差顯著(P＜0.05),此外,小切口經術中并發症少,術后散光小.結論小切口術式簡單易行,損傷輕,恢復快,術后視力滿意. |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effects of extracapsular operation extraction and intraocular lens implantation(ECCE and IOL implantafion) through small incision and conventionally large incision. Methods 60 eyes of 30 cases with cataract were treated with surgery. Each of the patients underwent small - incision operation in one eye and large - incision operation in the other a few days later. Results Small - incision cataract operation had the advantage of easy practice, light injury, fast recovery, small postoperative astigma and good vision correction. Conclusion Small - incision cataract operation is easy to perform and its effect is satisfactory, so it is suitable to be performed in small - and middle - sized hospitals. |
