阿拉尔市无偿献血者血液检测结果与人群结构调查分析

目的了解阿拉尔市无偿献血者人群结构,分析血液检测结果,为献血者招募及血液安全性提供依据。方法调查2007年-2011年无偿献血者职业及文化程度,分析血液检测结果。结果6435名无偿献血者职业分别为干部、工人、农民、学生、个体、技术人员、服务业、军人、未知,各职业所占比例为0．5％、2．6％、4．-％、41．4％、8．0％、4．8％、4．9％、2．5％、31．3％,不合格项目由高到低依次为ALT〉HBsAg〉抗-TP〉抗-HCV〉抗-HIV,各项目占总不合格百分比分别为：1．8％、0．5％、0．4％、0．3％、0．1％。结论高文化程度者、学生和军人群体的阳性率相对较低,可作为低危人群进行重点招募,进-步明确未知人群的软结构,加强献血政策、知识和传染病防治知识的普及教育,保证血液安全性。

Investigation and alalysis on blood test results and population composition of voluntary blood donation in Alar City

Objective To provide scientific basis of for the recruitment of voluntary bloed donation and blood salty through the analysis between population composition and blood testresuh. Methods we have investigated the educational leve and of 6435 blood donors from 2007 to 2011, analyzed the results of blood test. Results The occupation of blood donors is the cadre,worker, peasant,student, free employees, technical staff, service industry, military personnel and others ,and the proportion is 0.5% ,2.6% ,4.0% ,41.4% ,8.0% ,4.8% ,4.9% ,2.5% and31.3 % individually. ALT is the highest reason for the unqualified results of blood test , other is HBsAg, anti - TP, anti - HCV, anti - HIV, and the proportion is 1.8 % ,0.5 % ,0.4 % ,0.3 % -0.1% individually. Conclusion The higher level of education, such as students and militsary personnel, the lower positive rate of ALT, HBsAg, anti - TP, et al. we should innovate the concept of blood donation campaign to increase the publicity of relevant knowledge, improve the population rate of voluntary blood donation and provid a better guidance to ensure blood safety.
