摘    要:目的总结分析四川德阳地区2009-2011年新生儿疾病筛查结果及问题。方法在德阳辖区内设有产科的医疗保健机构出生的活产儿严格按照《四川省新生儿疾病筛查管理办法》及《四川省新生儿疾病筛查技术规范》进行采血及管理,血标本统一送至成都市妇幼保健院新生儿痰病筛查中,心进行先天性甲状腺功能低下症(oH)及苯丙酮尿症(PKU)两种疾病检测。结果2009~2011年德阳地区共筛查新生儿84036例,总筛查率为91.56%;检出CH45例,PKU4例,患病率分别为0.53‰争0.048‰;3年采集的不合格血片共2014张,约占2.40%;收集填写不合格卡片共4352张,约占有5.18%。结论德阳地区新生儿疾病筛查工作初见成效,但应进一步提高筛查率,加强培训,继续科学管理,从各环节做好质量控制。

Abstract:Objective to analyze the results and existing problems of neonatal screening of Deyang City in Siehuan Province from 2009 to 2011. Methods blood samples were taken from live - born infants born in the heahhcare facilities with obstetric services in Deyang City according to the "Regulation of Neonatal Screening of Sichuan Province" and "Technical Specifications for Neonatal Screening of Sichuan Province"; these blood examples were send to the Neonatal Screening Center in Maternity and Child Care Hospital in Chengdu to detect the disease of Con- genital Hypothyroidism (CH) and Phenylketonuria (PKU). Results from 2009 to 2011 84036 newborns were screened, the total screening rate was 91.56 % ; 45 cases with CH and 4 cases with PKU, the prevalence of CH was 0.53%r and in PKU 0. 048%c ; in these 3 years 2014 blood smears were unqualified, the rate was about 2.40% ; and 4352 unqualified cards were collected, about 5.18% in total. Conclusion neonatal screening in Deyang Area has given initial results, but further improvements of total screening rate, training, scientific management and quality control of all links should be achieved.
