| 摘 要： | This article reports seven cases of postoperative infective endocarditis after open-heart surgery with extracorporeal circulation. Its incidence is nearly 1.4%. Etiology study showed that post-operative infective endocarditis was closely related to the operation itself in its early stage and to secondary infections in its late stage. Pharmacotherapy alone samed to be not satisfactory. Clinical diagnostic criteria was suggested. Prophylactic. methods, treatment and other related questions were discussed.
