微创清除术在救治中重型高血压脑出血中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨微创清除术治疗中重型高血压脑出血的临床疗效.方法:将2000年4月至2004年7月采用微创术治疗的124例中重型高血压脑出血患者(微创组)与原来常规内科治疗的120例同类患者(对照组)进行疗效对比.结果:微创组对中型脑出血患者的近期疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),微创术能显著降低重型患者的病死率(P<0.01).结论:微创术能显著提高中重型高血压脑出血患者的救治成功率.

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical effects in patients with medium or severe hypertensive intracranial hematoma after micro-invasive drainage. Methods:One hundrend twenty-four patients with severe hypertensive intracranial hematoma receiving micro-invasive drainage and another 120 cases receiving routine internal medicine therapy were enrolled.The patients in the two groups were divided into medium and severe type according to their conditions,and the effects of these therapies were compared.Results:Between the two groups,in the medium type patients,there was significant difference in the short-term effects(P<0.01).In severe type patients,there was no difference in the score of clinical nerve functional deficit;but the fatality rate could be decreased greatly(P<0.01). Conclusion:The micro-invasive drainage could increase the rescuing rate of the patients with medium or severe hypertensive intracranial hematoma.
