摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱法测定盐酸托烷司琼片中盐酸托烷司琼的含量和有关物质。方法采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-水-乙腈-三乙胺(62∶26∶12∶0.2)为流动相,流速1.0ml.min-1,检测波长285nm。结果在5.0~100.0μg.ml-1范围内,色谱峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系,r=1;回收率为99.46(RSD=0.74%)。结论该法专属性强,精密度高,主峰与相邻杂质峰分离良好,可用于盐酸托烷司琼的含量测定和有关物质检查。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the control of related substances in Tropisetron hydrochloride Tablets.METHODS A Phenomenex C_(18) Column was used with the mobile phase of methonal-water-acetonitrile-triethylamine(62∶26∶12∶0.2),the flow rate was 1.0ml·min~(-1),the detection wave-length was 285nm.RESULTS The calibration was linear within the concentration range of 5.0~100.0μg·ml~(-1)(r=1),The average recovery was 99.46%(RSD=0.74%).CONCLUSION The method was simple,accurate and specific,it can be used for the quality control of the products.
