溃疡性结肠炎患者的营养与免疫状况

调查溃疡性结肠炎患者的营养与免疫状况，评价全面的主观评价（SGA）方法对该病的应用价值。检测30例溃疡性结肠炎患者和30例健康人的血浆白、球蛋白，转铁蛋白，免疫球蛋白，可溶性白细胞介素-2受体（sIL－2R），C反应蛋白（CRP）及B因子水平，同时用SGA方法对患者作营养评价。结果显示溃疡性结肠炎患者血浆转铁IgA、IgM明显低于健康人。SGA评价显示20例为中度营养不良，2例为重度营养不良，8例为营养正常。结论：溃疡性结肠炎患者中多数存在营养不良和免疫异常，用SGA评估营养状况结果与其内脏蛋白质及细胞免疫指标的改变一致。

The nutritional and immunologicol status in patients with ulcerative colitis

To evaluate the nutritional and immunological status in patients with ulcerative colitis.30 cases with ulcerative coitis, ages from 19~40 years old, were investigated. Blood transferrin, albumin , globin, immunoglobins , soluble intereukin-2 recepter were detected. The levels of blood transferrin, IgA and IgM in these patients were lowered significantly compared with the normal control. The method of Subjective Global Assesment (SGA), used to evaluate the nutritional status of the cases, is consistant with the changes of blood transferrin , album, globin and sIL-2R. Conclusion: Most of the patients with ulcerative colitis existed malnutrition and abnormaly in immunity . Apperant nutritional status is agreed with the change of visceral proteins as well as sIL-2R.
