目的为整顿和规范进口食品、化妆品市场经济秩序提供依据。方法对几年来在整顿和规范进口食品、化妆品市场经济秩序的工作进行总结，对存在的问题进行分析，提出建议。结果陕西出入境检验检疫局的做法对整顿和规范进口食品、化妆品市场经济秩序起到了积极的促进作用。结论进口食品后续监督管理法规缺乏，执法主体不明确，执法管理机制和体系尚不健全，直接影响到执法力度。

Practice and thinking for follow-up supervision and management of import foods and cosmetics

Objective To provide with basis for regularizing market economic order of import food and cosmetics. Methods Summarize the work of regularizing market economic order of import food and cosmetics for recent years, analyze the existing problems and make up certain suggestions. Results The measurement for import food and cosmetics of Shanxi Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau resulted in positive effect. Conclusion The lack of relevant rules, the indefiniteness of law executing body and the imperfect mechanism in law executing management for the follow-up supervision and management of import food and cosmetics have affected the strength of executing the law directly.
