多发性骨髓瘤患者红细胞免疫功能研究

目的研究多发性骨髓瘤患者红细胞免疫功能变化,探讨其与易感染性的可能关系.方法采用郭峰改良花环法检测了23例多发性骨髓瘤及20例正常人的红细胞免疫功能指标.结果多发性骨髓瘤组C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)明显低于正常对照组(P＜0.01),并与多发性骨髓瘤贫血程度呈正相关(r=0.78,P＜0.01);与M蛋白量元相关性;多发性骨髓瘤患者免疫复合物花环率(ICR)及血清RBC-C3bRR抑制率(RFIR)明显高于正常对照组(P＜0.01),而RBC-C3bRR促进率明显低于正常对照(P＜0.01).结论多发性骨髓瘤患者红细胞免疫功能低下,可能为其易发生感染的原因之一.

Study on immune function of erythrocytes in patients with multiple myeloma

Objective:To study the change of immune function of erythrocytes and explore its correlation with susceptibility in the patients with multiple myeloma (MM).Methods:By Guo Feng's modified rosette forming methods, the immune function of erythrocytes was determined in 23 patients with MM and 20 normal controls.Results:The rosette rate of RBC-C 3b receptor (C 3bRR) in patients with MM was significantly lower than that in controls (P<0.01) and there was a positive correlation between C 3bRR and degree of anemia (r=0.78, P<0.01).The rosette rate of immune complex (ICR) and serum rosette forming inhibitory rate(RFIR)of C 3bRR of MM patients were significantly higher than those in controls and the serum rosette forming enhancing rate(RFER) of C 3bRR was significantly lower than that in controls.Conclusions:The immune function of erythrocytes in patients with MM is depressed. This may be one of the reasons for susceptibility to infection in patients with MM.
