呼和浩特市4年间急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测系统现况

目的 了解呼和浩特市急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测系统是否完整、高效、灵敏,以便确保及时发现和识别高危AFP病例,迅速采取有效控制措施,继续保持无脊灰状态.方法 用Excel软件分析呼和浩特市2008-2011年AFP监测病例;并对全市AFP病例监测系统开展的主动监测和零病例报告以及采用卫生部《预防接种工作规范》实行定时、定点、按程序进行脊灰疫苗(OPV)预防接种情况进行综合分析.结果 2008-2011年全市共报告AFP病例26例,非脊髓灰质炎AFP病例平均报告率为2.24/10万,4年共采集到的23例双份合格粪便标本的AFP病例,根据病毒学分类标准均排除脊灰病例,无粪便标本和标本不合格的3例AFP病例,经自治区级AFP病例分类专家诊断小组进行诊断分类,均排除脊灰.结论 呼和浩特市AFP病例监测系统2008-2011年以来,通过不断完善发展,已经成为一个比较高效、灵敏的监测系统.为继续保持无脊髓灰质炎状态,应加强AFP病例监测和脊灰疫苗常规、强化免疫工作.

Analysis of the monitor system of afp casess in huhhot from 2008 to 2011

Objective To understand the Hohhot,acute flaccid paralysis（AFP） Surveillance System is complete,Higher Education,sensitive,in order to ensure timely detection and identification of high-risk AFP cases,and take prompt and effective control measures,continue to maintain polio-free status.Methods AFP Surveillance System,the city carried out active surveillance and zero case report and the Ministry of Health vaccination specification and implementation of the timing,location,and polio vaccine（OPV） vaccination comprehensive analysis according to the procedure.Results 2008-2011 the total reported 26 cases of AFP cases,the average reporting rate of non-polio AFP cases 2.24/100 000,4 years were collected 23 cases of double qualified stool specimens of AFP cases,according to the virological classification standard polio cases were excluded,no stool specimens and specimens failed three cases of AFP cases,the diagnostic classification by the provincial AFP cases classification expert diagnostic team,were excluded from polio.Conclusion AFP Surveillance System,Hohhot,since the formal establishment of the operation from 2008-2011,through continuous improvement of development,has become a more efficient and sensitive monitoring system.Continue to maintain apolio-free state should be to strengthen the AFP Surveillance and practices to strengthen the immune system work.
