| 摘 要： | 目的观察缓控释强阿片类药物在老年癌痛患者中的疗效及毒副作用。方法对2011年1月至2012年1月我科就诊的56例年龄t〉65岁的老年中，重度癌痛患者使用缓控释强阿片类药物的治疗情况进行回顾性研究。结果硫酸吗啡缓释片、盐酸羟考酮控释片以及芬太尼透皮贴剂这三类缓控释强阿片类药物，对老年癌痛均有较好的疗效并且安全性高。结论缓控释强阿片类药物治疗老年癌痛患者疗效好，临床中需注重个体化治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and toxicity of sustained and controlled-release opioids in elderly patients with moderate to severe cancer pain. Methods 56 cases of cancer patients over 65 years old receiving opioids treatment from January 2011 to January 2012 were retrospectively studied. Results Among 3 commonly used painkillers, fentanyl transdermal patches, morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets and oxycodone hydrochloride controlled-release tablets, for the patients with cancer pain is effective, safe, and can improve the quality of life. Conclusion For the elderly patients with cancer pain, sustained and controlled-release opioids is effective and safe, therapy need pay attention to individuate medication in clinic. |
