骨巨细胞瘤影像学诊断价值

目的探讨不同影像学检查方法在骨巨细胞瘤诊断中的特点与应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的21例骨巨细胞瘤的X线、CT和MRI表现。结果平片简便易行并能提供病变部位整体信息,CT和MRI能够提供更详细信息。X线及CT扫描均见骨端偏心性、膨胀性、溶骨性改变,部分病例可见＂皂泡＂样改变;T1WI表现为等、低信号,T2WI为不均匀高信号,Gd-DTPA增强扫描呈中度或明显强化,部分可显示瘤内坏死、囊变、液平等。结论 X线平片结合CT、MRI可显著提高骨巨细胞瘤的诊断准确率,对治疗方案的选择提供重要依据。

Imaging Diagnostic Value of Giant Cell Tumor of Bone

Objective To evaluate the imaging features and diagnostic value of different image examination methods for giant cell tumor of bone. Methods The radiography,computed tomography（CT）,magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） were retrospectively analyzed in 21 cases of giant cell tumor of bone proved by operation and pathology.Results Plain film is easily managed and cheaper and may provide the whole signs,while CT and MRI can provide more information of the lesion.The tumors of all cases were located in the end of bones with eccentric,expansile and osteolysis changes.Some tumors showed soap bubble-like change and the imaging features showed intermediate and low signals on T1WI and uneven high signal on T2WI with internal irregular intense areas.Conclusion Imaging examinations,including X-ray,CT and MRI,can show well the tumor and the peripheral structures and improve the diagnosis. Besides above,imaging examinations can also help to facilitate surgical planning.
