| 摘 要： | 大肠癌是人类常见的肿瘤之一。近年来，E-cadherin在大肠癌中的研究成为当前的热点话题。国内外学者从E—cadherin的基因多态性、细胞水平、分子水平及血清水平等不同角度揭示了其在大肠癌的发生、侵袭、转移中的作用，对大肠癌的诊断和预后判断具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer is one of the most common cancers in humans. In recent years, the research of E-cadherin in the colorectal cancer has become hot topics.Domestic and overseas scholars reveal E-cadherin functions in occurrence, invasion and metastasis in colorectal cancer form genetic polymorphisms, protein molecules expression and serum levels, they have important meaning in diagnosis and prognosis in colorectal cancer. |
