赤峰市敖汉旗食道癌危险因素调查分析

摘    要:目的探讨赤峰市敖汉旗食道癌主要危险因素,为开展敖汉旗食道癌的防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用病例对照研究方法 ,从摸底调查的病人中选取160例病人,按1:1配比选取符合条件的对照160例进行问卷调查,采用SAS9.13软件进行条件Logistic回归分析,趋势检验采用X~2检验法。结果与结论食道癌的主要危险因素为食道癌家族史、吸烟、饮酒、辛辣食品、缺少新鲜蔬菜、经常吃熏制食品、腌制蔬菜、精神压力大、较大的精神创伤、性格要强。

Abstract:Objective Aohan Chifeng major risk factors of esophageal cancer,esophageal cancer is to carry out prevention and control of Aohan provide a scientific basis.Methods A case control study of patients from the diagnostic investigation of 160 cases selected patients,the ratio of 1:1 were selected eligible conducted a questionnaire survey of 160 cases,the conditions used SAS9.13 software Logistic regression analysis,trend test using X2 test method. Results and Conclusions The main risk factors for esophageal cancer esophageal cancer family history,smoking,alcohol,spicy foods,lack of fresh vegetables,often eat smoked foods,pickled vegetables,mental stress,greater mental trauma,character stronger.
