大连市2011年托幼机构消毒状况分析

目的了解大连市幼儿园卫生状况，加强幼儿园卫生管理，确保在园儿童的身体健康。方法201i年10月参照《辽宁省托幼机构消毒卫生标准（征求意见稿）》对大连市内5所托幼机构进行消毒质量调查。培果2011年共检测托幼机构5所，检测各类样品660份，合格605份，合格率为91．67％（605／660），其中空气样品195份，合格185份，合格率为94．87％（185／195），物体表面样品240份，合格205份，合格率为85．82％（205／240），人员手样品225份，合格215份，合格率为95．56％（215／225）。结论大连市托幼机构消毒情况较好，但仍应加大对托幼机构的监督检测，强化有关消毒知识的培训，从而全面提高我市的托幼机构卫生状况，保证儿童身心的健康成长。

Effectiveness of disinfection in nurseries and kindergartens of dalian in 2011

Objective To understand the hygiene situation of kindergartens in dalian city, in order to strengthen the supervision o n their health and insure children＇s body health. Methods Five kindergartens were investigated on the effect of disinfections in October, 2011, according to the methods offered by 《 Liaoning provincial hygienic standard for disinfection of nursery （Draft for Soliciting Opinions）》 . Results Five kindergartens were tested and 132samples were collected, 660 staples were tested, 605of them were up to standard, accounting for 91.67% （605/660）, the eligible rotes of indoor air, tableware and surfaces of environm ental objects, hands of staffwater of playing pools for infants and disinfectant solutions in use were 94.87% （185/195）, 85.82% （205/240）, 95.56% （215/225）. Conclusion The effect of disinfections in urban kindergartens was better, so supervision and inspection to the kindergartens should be strengthened and training course on the know ledge about disinfections should be conducted to improve the hygienic condition in the kindergartens of the city, to ensure the healthy growth of the children.
